Hi everyone,
I have had several possible deals present themselves to me lately. I lease option is possible.
Problem is, i am not confident in explanation to customer. Is there anyone that would be willing to help me out and actually make the call to explain.
I tried two weeks ago and couldn't answer their questions.
Please let me know.

I am looking for people in my area to team up with get and share info, resources what ever helps one another message me up!!!

I finally took hold of my fear and slapped it silly. I talked to a real estate agent and he e-mailed me 12 listings of vacant homes all listed under $300,000. Now the only stupid question is the one not asked. What would be my next move? Desperate for help !!!

We are all tested in life and this is a time to show how, despite how many tough curves are thrown at us, how to perservere. Ok, the wholesale deal I talked about before still has not closed. I'm starting to worry a little about it. I don't know if they can cut me out somehow or not, but crazy thoughts like that are starting to come into my head.

In the meantime, I stopped marketing for new deals, due to having to spend a bunch of time and money for repairs on a rental. Mostly money, on my part, since I don't physically do the repairs. But it was major stuff (plumbing and electrical) so it took a lot of my attention for awhile there.

So now that's all behind me and I'm ready to start marketing again. Hopefully a good deal will be coming to me soon. I hope so. This wholesaling isn't as easy or fast as I had thought it would be. I'm not about to quit, though.
