I've been doing some planning for my business and deciding whether to file as an LLC or S Corp. Last time I had an LLC it was not as easy to raise funds without my name and social on the application. I want to branch out from real estate at some point and buy businesses. Should I start with an LLC and move to a S Corp when my cashflow and assets increase or go right into an S Corp?

been a while
November 8th, 2012 | posted by jcwpBeen crazy busy . Recently took up wholesaling and have sold 5 or 6 in the last 2 months. Two were sold to the DG family
Currently have a rehabbed property on the market. We also have a long awaited short sale purchase closing in about a week
and also have a private owned property under contract that we may wholesale or fix and hold as a rental or possibly offer as a turn key investment. We also have another Lake property offer accepted on a land contract that we will use for a while and re-sell for a profit of course. I hope everyone is doing well.
Success to All!

facing your fears
November 7th, 2012 | posted by facefearsAbout 2 years ago I read deans book. I was excited ready to take action and Bam!!! Fear smacked me on the face. In the 2 years that ive known about Deans strategies, I started doing something productive like talking to buyers then i would stop cause of fear. Then months past by, I got motivated then started calling, homeowners, lawyers, and even bought my LLC.But again I stopped cause my motivation went down and fear kicked in.

A PRAYER FOR TODAY
November 7th, 2012 | posted by mpalafoxThis is the beginning of a new day. God has given me this day to use as I will. I can waste it- or use it for good, but what I do today is important, because I am exchanging a day of my life for it! When tommorrow comes, this day will be gone forever, leaving in its place something that I have traded for it. I want it to be gain, and not loss; good, and not evil; success, and not failure; in order that I shall not regret the price I have paid for it.
