I am starting my journey with Dean's program and plan on writing at least once a day to once a week. This is a start to a brand new life.

I have been truly inspired by Dean's videos and I am taking action. I have found several properties that I believe will be great deals. I have followed the principles of the "30 Days Real Estate Cash" and submitted letters to the owners. I also contacted a seller in the Washington DC area with a property that I think will be a great deal because they are two townhouses located near two universities. The potential profit is awesome.

Today it took me 2 hours to go through Deans video I had to go on a insecure network site because I have no internet connection. But I did it got through it and will move on in real estate with Deans books and site and whatever else I can get my hands on
Nothing will stop me

Feeling a bit down today Have been looking at so many properties to accomplish nothing
Will keep plouying again today
goals:
Going to fsbo sites
place ads for homes
place ads for investors
call realtors
go through foreclosures

I will make this work

So I watched the 4th video and I really am having a hard time making a decision on if I want to put more money into this or not. I am sure it all works and I love all the stories of success. but I am just wondering if I need more training or if it is just me. I know I can do it and if I would just stop getting in the way of myself. I have the most supportive husband in the world!!!
