I now have 2 offers in and 3 more getting ready. This is working so far. I just need to keep at it. Biggest thing to do now is expand my buyers list and make sure I am ready to assign or double close.

I understand some of us are new here and we are all looking for a mentor but from what I have learn most will not help you. I am a newbie doing this on my own and most of us cannot afford to pay for books and cd's most of us wing it. Thank God I ran into a real estate agent who is willing to help me and I help her Now that is what I call Helping one another. I am quite sure Dean did not place this site here for selfish people who only think about themselves and not about helping others succeed. I am appalled when I asked for help I got read a book when I literally cannot afford the book at this moment. I am not sure how people even sleep knowing the economy is rough for all of us and we all have to pave a way to make ends meet. But if you don't take a newbie by the hand who will.

Been really slow the last couple of days due to the real estate agent not doing what I need her to do, so, I need to change who I have. Wish this would go much faster, but everything happens for a reason. Anywho, we woke up and are able to see another day and God has granted us to praise him.

It is an empire made from the community. I feel the experiences of my life have accumulated to develop in to my vision of this community driven shift!

I spoke to my first Real Estate Agent and so far so good. We are so excited that this is really happening for us right now and can't wait for the next step in this process. We had a set back and had to wait a few days because I couldn't see so we are behind. But if this works out, then it won't even matter. Yay!!!
