my name is Benjamin.. im a new real estate investor in the el paso,tx area... and i need help building my buyers list, with TONS of profitable properties in my area. so if anyone can help me, PLEASE DO !!!!!!!

In this bad economy and high unemployment, I am glad to be in the real estate game and be part of Dean Graziosi's forum. Having made money has allowed me to help others. I get to see smiling faces when I make donations to schools, church, and homeless shelters. All this is possible from making the right real estate investments and being part of the 1%.

Greetings, real estate investors.

I'm new to this business but not to buying and selling property. Every house I've owned was bought as a family home (because I loved the vaulted ceilings and crystal chandelier; because my daughter hated living in a university dorm and I didn't like paying rent for her; because I wanted to down-size) and sold too soon - all emotional sells because I didn't think I could deal effectively with renters in another city. I improved each property dramatically so the homes were really easy to sell at market value, which barely recouped my investment in each instance. One sale was made just a few months before prices in that community started to climb and didn't stop until they'd doubled. Ouch!

I HAVE MADE A DECISION TO DO LIKE NIKE SAID"JUST DO IT!"
FIRST IT WAS JUST FEAR THEN IT WAS REI INFO OVERLOAD WHICH CAUSED ME TO NOT KNOW WHERE TO START. THEN IT CAME TO ME START FROM THE BEGGING AND DEAN'S BOOKS AND INFORMATION WAS MY BEGINNING SO THAT'S WERE I'LL START. SO NO EVERYONE SEEMS TO HAVE THE SAME IDEA , BUYERS LIST. SO TODAY I AM WORKING ON BUILDING MY TEAM AND OF COURSE MY BUYERS LIST SO WISH ME MUCH LUCK AND MANY BLESSINGS!!

Just attended Insiders Financial 3-day Real Estate Workshop, in Columbus Ohio it was GREAT! GREAT! GREAT! I was already confident in the strategies presented in Dean's books but now I have even more things I can apply.

Matt Davis and his team were absolutely incredible, very knowledgeable, and informative. Matt kept the training interesting exciting and entertaining.

My partner and I will be continuing our Real Estate Investment and Financial education training with Insiders.

They provided so much information over a 3-day period that it was like trying to take a drink of water from an unplugged fire hydrant.
