Still working my way through a few level 5 thunder showers in my personal life, but in the past four months I have been able to make twenty five offers and currently have two properties in escrow. Man am i stuck, I've totally gotten off track and don't know how or where to start.

I have been sidetracked with life but now am making a serious push to my first deal.

My goal is to have a deal by October 10th.

Today I hammered 36 bandit signs around Miami. I used the method described by Eddie Case in his Youtube video, and it all went as he described. No calls yet, but they will come. Been reading some blogs on here, and also posted some ghost adds on craigslist. Made a calendar of all the local REI clubs around Miami and am planning on attending as many as possible.

I am trying to find a deal with my realtor partner. She said I need to prepare the approval of fund. I remember a while ago I saw someone's blog talk about there is a website of a money loaned? that we can print out the approval? I hope I remember right. Can anyone tell me? Thank you very much.

I also am new to REI. Have gone through the PMI education and have been fighting the issues of getting the first deal completed. I also am fighting the negativity of spouse and friends. When they ask for credit reports to be run I got the most resistants from the wife and "see they just want your money. I was unde the impresssion that they would help you get the financing. i was all gungho but have have been fighting demons.

For many years I have had the American Dream pay off in my head "if I only can."
When I came here in 92 I had bags of cash and a successful business. Now 20 year later I am broke married and have 2 wonderful kids. We live on the poverty line and I am done........
I have decided to get up and get going once and for all.
I make myself and the world this promise that I will not stop until I make a million again and again and again...
I have given other dominion over my life and hoped and
prayed that they would get it together but It does not work So I am now STARTING OVER...
