Commercial Funding

Private Commercial Funding has far surpassed the volume of conventional lending and has become the commercial capital source of choice. Private lenders and banks must both assess the risk exposure which will have an impact on the final rates and terms, but all in all, private lenders have a much greater flexibility, can offer more creative methods of financing and are definitely open to negotiation.

Loved the message, to work for something bigger than yourself. I do this by constantly reminding myself to FOCUS. Follow one course until successful.

The strongest fear that I face is the fear of the unknown. Having decided to enter real estate as an investor this July, I am forced to face the overpowering fear of real estate. It is encouraging to see success on the weekly blog of other people that have had success facing their fears. Watching the video from the Buyer's Summit (#198) was especially refreshing and encouraging since I will be attending the Buyer's Summit in September. Watching this video made me realize that knowledge without application is not much better than no knowledge at all. This week I will make several offers rather than just focusing on knowledge and setting up a business.

OK, I tired off sitting on the sidelines and listening to all the positive comments. So this is the time for me to take action and my first comment.

I need to be part of something positive and something big. I need to surround myself with people that are positive like me. People who are making a life for themselves because life is to short to wait.

I'll explain that in a minute. First a little history...

I am from New York City. Anyone from my area? I finished the first three chapters that were sent to me via email by Dean. I purchased last week Dean's book last week and Also I signed up for coaching last friday and visited the training site which was so cool and informative. My first call with my coach will be this Thursday. I am very excited and can't wait to receive my first coaching call.
