Well, I'm doing it. I decided, I should just suck it up and jump in. I've gotten super overwhelmed a few dozen times in the last week, and even had a few tears of frustration, but not with the process. More with myself of being such a procrastinator.

Everyone doubts their self to some degree. When starting a venture like real estate it is no diffrent! My name is Matthew Schneider I am starting this blog to track my progress that in hopes, I may look back on and feel good about what I have accomplished as a person, and for my family. I started a little over a year ago and I am just now taking action!

Forgot one. We also got another lease/option tenant in a property that the tenants left:)

The home I purchased on a short sale sold on a lease option the other day :)Purchased another bank property that is being rehabbed. I also just wholesaled a property to a fellow D.G er. This is their first deal and I am going to walk them through the entire process. Purchase,deed to them, meet with my contractors, get the home rehabbed than I will help them market for a lease/option. Than refinance the prop and do it again!
I also just got an offer accepted on a estate property that i will wholesale or add to my rentals. I have another bank property offer accepted. I also have another private home on a nice 1 acre lot offer accepted. Lots of good stuff happening.

I'm doing better now financially, however the next 4 years will not be a repeat of the last 4 years. Concentrate on marketing, networking, offers, and deals.
