I am still search for that thread that someone posted. I read it on June 4 but not sure when it posted. The thread gave the website you can get your comps, plus the houses that were bought with cash and others that are probably financed. I think the website is very useful. I actually use it for one of my deals and found out that the deal is not as attractive as I formerly thought.

I am still looking for that person who posted the thread and/or the website url.

I got the script downloaded on monday evening(awesome). Great script, only changed a couple of things and sent off two emails this morning before I left for work. Had a response within 15 minutes(THANKS MATT AND DEAN!!). Sent an additional 4 emails tonight, I am fired up for this first deal!!!

Just asking is there a one page purchase and sale agreement?

Week One

My husband Bill and I are just starting out. We are following the blueprint in 30 Days to Real Estate Cash and have attended Boots on the Ground with Joe and Stacey Jurek. We like the blueprint angle because it sets down what we need to accomplish each week I like things to be neat and tidy.

We are both pumped and excited and yet a little scared at the same time. We are committed, know we might face some obstacles, but there is no turning back. This is everything we have ever hoped for and we are here for the long run. If anyone has any words of encouragement, my ears our open.
