Got sick there for a few days, still getting over it, found difficulty conversing with realtors twards finding an agent that will work with me, pulled everything to a screeching hault, mentally im having trouble figuring out a solution, ive emailed a large number of agents individually, only 2 replyed, just got to see if i can get current sold homes for 200,000 or less to cash buyers, for the lasvegas valley, maybe after i go get my roomate ill ask in post or something if i can figure it out.

One month ago I was dialed up from Dean's "Last Chance" department with an offer for a year of coaching and PMI Coursework. It's really great. I am not at the end of the month for my coursework from them; though I haven't even called the 800# to introduce myself to the coaches!

And I haven't done many of the action items.

ARG.

But I have dedicated my lunchtime at work to the interactive videos.

I think my next step will be to CALL THE COACHES! Then make some business cards, schedule days off at work to attend some REI clubs nearby and start building a buyers list.

I have found this broker that is helping me out. He is such a great guy and took it upon himself to email agents to help me find someone. He's also sent me all the lists I've needed and then asks me if I need anything else all I have to do is ask! He is soooo awesome!
I have a meeting with a lender on Wednesday and I am sooo excited! See, I'm not only looking for houses to sell I am also looking for my dream house. So I have to work on that too!
I've had nothing but support from my family. My husbands a little bit cinical and distrusting and I'm trying to win him over but he is supporting me with every step I take.
Which is just wonderful!
Most of my friends just wish me luck and others tell me about their houses and their dreams. It's nice to know about everyone's dreams!

Today is the day that I email my CASH BUYER's to let them know that I haven't forgotton about them and that they are still on my exclusive list for the first amazing deals that I come across.

I am currently attending one of your investment workshops and I do not mind saying, 'I am scared to death".
Getting everyone excited and motivated about the potential of changing our lives for the better is easy. Getting us to honestly believe in ourselves and keep putting one foot in front of the other, well, that is the real challenge that I face. I do not have a supportive team at home, I am going to be relying on the DG team 100% as I embark on what I believe will be the best ride of my life. Yikes!

Just finished Boots On The Ground this weekend, and watched this video, that was the inspiration I needed! Thanks Dean
