Hi, my names Carlos and been part of the DG Family longer than i'd like to admit ,i say that because ive been one of those members that has hit a wall and basically procrastanated. im posting my first blog to say NO MORE!

I just started my journey into real estate investing via dean. I wanted to have some ideas for me to deceide on an LLC name. If anyone can help me out with some idea's or some of their own LLC company names. Would be very helpful to myself.

Received Deans dvd the Edge 3 days ago and I have been going ever since. I am highly motivated to "make it happen." I used that quote alot in my past life in sales and when I saw it here at dg.com I felt at home. Yesterday I opened the phone book and started calling agents. Today, I have ongoing conversations with 2 agents and working on securing 2 properties. They both are crazy good deals. I've got phone numbers for real estate investment groups. My next step is to call them. Go to meetings. I also am going to put up bandit signs. Need to build my buyers list. With the holiday weekend hoping to get a lot of leads with the signs. IN THE TRENCHES GONNA MAKE IT HAPPEN

While this might all sound oh so technical, it really does matter because if you are going to invest as Flippers as we do, or Build or in some cases Remodel verses Rehab, not understanding things we often take for granted throughout the mainland can - and often - will come back to haunt you.. EVEN THEN LOCALS STILL GET CAUGHT UP in the Fickle Nature of what is just referred to as The Bishops Trust (verses Estate). You might not remember the following story, but commit the name to memory like a good Pinapple!

this is my 1st time posting.....Thanks Dean & gang you r all Fabulous...and so is My Life!....All areas of my life have vasstly been enriched since reading your books and following your lead....& I still have Yet to close my 1st Real Estate DEAL!!!!
\ Most important though is I'm on the path moving forward with a new JOY...and no real destination needed, as my journey has merit and is ever present.

I am determined to purchase a property by the end of the year!! I work 2 jobs so I miss out on crucial time to focus on real estate. Your blog makes me positive in everything I do from now on and there is no doubt in my mind that I can make much money by next year!!
