I joined the Success Academy today...so excited because now I get the coaching I so desperately need! My first goal is to make $5,000 on an assignment and I've set the goal date for June 30th.

After listening to this weeks blog I get even more motivated. Just closed on 2 more props Friday. One was the sale of a fix and flip with a partner and the other was a purchase of a private owned Estate property. Asking price was $40,000 and I offered $20,000 thinking they would counter. They accepted. I was going to pay cash but I thought what the heck.. see if the seller will offer terms.
Guess what- Yes to a 5 year contract. So this just goes to show ...If you don't ask you will never know. I got the property for less than I was willing to pay and also got nice terms on a land contract. Putting in many offers this week and working with a couple new Realtor's in different areas. I am looking to hold more properties now. I will continue to flip also but I want to retire soon

I do not know where to start.... What an amazing event. The greatest tip I took away from this summit was about time management. I have my egg timer ticking away right now. No matter what I do, I set it for 22 min so that when it goes off I decide to either continue what I am doing or go on to next task. I am not wasting time doing everything and accomplishing nothing! I also got to meet and have my picture with Dean! Wow! Just wanted to hug him till he squeaked. Everyone should attend this event. What you learn in asset protection alone will save you more in taxes and heartache than you would ever know existed. So hop the plane and go. I am pumped! Gonna get it done! NOW!

HAVE PURCHASED OUR FIRST RENTAL PROPERTY IT HAS VERY EXCITING AND THROUGH PROPERTY DIRECT AT THE BUYING SUMMIT. IT WAS EASY TO GET GOING FOR THE FIRST ONE AND IT HELPED SEE HOW ALL THE PIECES FIT IN THE PUZZLE ON WHAT DEAN HAS BEEN TEACHING.
