Lost my job and went through a divorce. Really could use Deans new book "Totally Fufilled" to read during this very rough time in my life to help me with all the emotions I have been dealing with and to hold a positive attitude through it all.

Thanks for all the emotional and psycological help that you give to people, besides your Real Estate expertise.

1st of all thank you Dean for being so real...what attracted me to you was 1st a late nite info commercial,then when I got your book went online and saw all the "free" interaction between you and your students I was impressed.. I went to a seminar in January and loved it...Logically I know Real Estate is the way to go,as I have made money in the past,like the late 80's early 90's but things keep changing so quickly,sadly due to a divorce/auto accident..I am broke.I have spent ALL my saving being a student, so now emotionally I am frozen in my tracks afraid to begin cuz the rules may change and I have no back up $ to help myself.

For those Cash Investors that are out here. Looking to get some great buys at specially low prices just for you. Have some of the resources. I live in Edmonton Alberta Canada. Looking for property here and the US. Know is a great time to get in the door. Hoping for short sales and passing off property to a Cash Investor.

I was reminded to go back to logical reasoning instead of reacting to emotional thinking. Every time I hear Dean speak I get motivated, but unfortunately, my fault, my motivation is short lived and I let my surroundings and everyday (rut) activities steer me away from the things I want to do and know I NEED to do. I will keep pushing forward and I am confident that the light bulb will soon come on and stay on.
