I'm so excited I can't sleep... do you remember the Disneyland commercial from a couple years ago where the kids were too excited and the dad chimes in also?

I just joined Dean's inner circle and am very excited to get started on what i believe will be a very fun and rewarding adventure.

I am looking forward to working with everyone involved and hope that i can be helpful to others as well. I am 100% committed to this and sure that i took the right steps toward my goals of be financially free in the near future.

A journey of a thousand miles starts with the first step and i just made the most important one.

I am a dreamer but dreaming alone doesn't cause change I am inspired by Dean's messages and I need the help of Dean Graziosi family to help me on this new endevor. I attended a meeting last month in Vineland, NJ and If I had the funds, I would have purchased each package but of those packages offered the last one was the Enhance note network package.

If anyone has ads, letters, emails and promo ideas that can help I would appreciate it.

I realize this site has tons of information I just need to target being the middle man in note buying.

An active member has taken the time to reach out to a fellow "newbie" and has initiated a welcome contact. Again, I am blown away at the friendliness that members of this site have shown me since I have become a member here. The public response and PM's can really help a person through that small bit of "push" needed to make it to the next day, without feeling completely alone in this thing, no matter how "visible" the resources are here on the site. The personal initiatives are really what make the difference and having this site set up for the members to utilize is really a great idea. I have been active at different levels here now with so many different experiences (personal life/ REI coaching / actions steps in getting involved with REI ) A real roller coaster ride.

We are currently looking for sellers in Broward County, Florida with properties in distressed condition. We are very agressive investors and are not looking to pay retail but we are looking for properties in any condition. We have fully licensed contractors that can rehab any property. Missing walls, roof, etc. No problem.
