We signed on the sale of a lease/option this past Friday. $5,000.00 down and the house is not even done yet!

During Holy Week, I mentioned to my doctor that we need to talk RE soon. He proceeded to tell me what he is looking for, where, how much etc...

Now, how cool is that? I am not even setup yet and have a buyer. I am reallyyyy Excited!!!!

I have a single family home in Atlanta GA., worth about $39,195 using comps in the area. It is a fixer upper; my rehab guy estimate about $16,000.00 in repairs. The property is in a great location.
