Beginner with bad credit and little money? Join me here!
April 8th, 2012 | posted by blainepryorGood afternoon beginners,
I am a beginner with bad credit and little money as well. Many here don't know how to start off in this business if they're having the same problem as me (bad credit, no money).
Get a loan from a bank? No way! You have bad credit and nothing to put down.
Borrow money from a family member? Yeah right! My family is just as broke as I am!
Use credit lines on your credit card? You don't have any credit cards, right?

Tax Deeds
April 8th, 2012 | posted by MossyoakI decided that 2012 would be the year that I would concentrate on tax deeds. I have working the foreclosure market for about 20 years. At the present time the best investment appears to be tax deeds. I have purchased five homes this year via tax deeds. All properties were acquired by Quit Claim deeds. I have flipped one of the properties to another investor. I haven't decided what to do with the other properties but will probably maintain as rental properties . I have been meeting with other active investors and exchanging information with them.
