It's been a week since my 3 day seminar and i have been looking,and finding,a lot of possible deals.
Still working on building up my buyers list but am closing in on that as well.Going to some auctions this weekend to fill my list.
I am pumped up about this awesome opportunity!

Very Excited
April 5th, 2012 | posted by Andrew CMade a 3 more REA calls today over lunch. Very productive. One I just thanked for his time and moved on, the other 2 tho were right on board. 1 I'm very excited to start working with. I already have 1 REA in another area who has sent me all the criteria asked for with no quiestoins asked. Things seem to be moving right along. With each call that is made, it does get so much easier and more comfortable. I get excited after every call I make now and it hasn't been all that many. Well I wish everyone a very abundant day.

I teach Real Estate investing workshops for Dean and have been a full time Investor since February 2000. I will be posting my travel schedule, and some "Thoughts from the Road" from time to time.
This week you will find me, no not in San Deigo but in Modesto, California . I will head back the Quad Cities (Rock Island, IL) early Sunday morning. Steve bought.....Tax Liens and Deeds Real Estate Investment Strategies, So he could try to bring some money in to pay his mortgage on his house.
