Next step

I got a client looking to buy a house and what sounds like realtor willing to work with me. The heat is on. What do I do next? Any thought would be helpful. Thanks.

Bless me. It's been several months since my last confession.

oops, Wrong format. ; )

I'm walkin' the walk. I am involved in deals. I am making investments daily. I have yet to make money wholesaling, fixing and flipping, rent-to-own.

We are buying and holding. We have some cash flow. : )

Better still, we have a property manager and are not doing it all ourselves. Whoo Hoo!

If anyone here needs money for commercial, income producing property from $250,000 to $10,000,000...
PM me with the deets, peeps. : )

If anyone here knows a business owner who needs to restructure their debt, PM me with the details.

$250,000 to $10,000,000 and above where necessary and profitable.

peace,

Dana Leigh

How to get started when you already have a RE License?

Hi DG family!! I have been reading the blogs on how to get started and I am very anxious to start shopping around. Here's what is stopping me...
I live in the city and have a New York RE License, I have some experience in luxury rentals but none on the real estate you guys discuss on this website. I LOVE real estate but I am a little nervous because I am not sure how to go around my real estate license. I know that if I do any deals under the license I have to give a cut to my broker who is holding my license. Is there any way around this? I am afraid to do anything that may jeopardize my license.

Thanks guys!

Buying Tax Liens at Buying Summit LV

As a new member with some experience buying Tax Liens on Vacant Land in FL and SC I want some feedback from members who have bought from Summit. I want to be more nationalin my tax lien holdings, particularly in Texas and other high interest rate states. I've paid for a Platinium membership and want to capitalize on this and other opportunities.
