Double Tree April 3rd//// Went with Steve Johnson we joined the team and bought.....Profit from the Real Estate Right Now Volume 1 and 2... so I can get started moving forward to help bringing some kind of cash flow in . Steve bought.....Tax Liens and Deeds Real Estate Investment Strategies, So he could try to bring some money in to pay his mortgage on his house.

I am 15 days in, reading and taking major actions using deans new book (30 days real estate cash)...
I am loving everything and so far everything has been working perfectly. I cant wait to make my first deal so I can join the success academy. I have cash buyers in my area and I found a great Realtor.

I am about to go to my Realtor and start signing offers using Matt's (and/or assignee)Technic.

The Question that I have is, if all goes well and i get a deal from the offers that I have placed, if my buyers for whatever reason decide they do not want the property am I able to stop that contract? Can I pull back from an offer that I made? (Please Help)

So I had to disappear for a few days. LOL
There is still some fallout from the GF situation that has been occupying too much of my time. I also needed to get an order done so that too has been in the way.
But... other than that I've been:
Reading my Subject To book by Wendy Patton
Have had a couple of really interesting group calls with non other than Wendy Patton and Carol Stinson. Both were awesome and very informative!!!

Spent time on line helping a couple of DGers and was on the phone with another DGer.
Did my emails and PMs
Cleaned up my office a bit
Listened to some very good videos on REI
Read and posted to a few threads
and tried to figure out HOW to work locally ( all signs point to I need to go further away.)

Ok I have just finished reading to book twice. Time to take action!

So on March 28th i decided to go to the Dean event that took place in my home town in Brooklyn NY. Steve was hosting the presentation while i sat there and acted as a stenographer. I wrote almost everything that steve said. Steve made a offer i couldn't refuse, he showed us Deans program, Profit from Real Estate RIGHT NOW!

i will admit, my hands got cold and trembled as i passed my debit card to withdraw $1,000. This coming from a broke college student!

What made me MAD was how many of the ppl there were just in it for the free benefits ... one guy asked me 3 time's rather or not we will get a free camera !!

But i knew why i was there and nothing detracted me from that.

I went to the Brooklyn, New York conference recently, It was great, the speakers where wonderful and to the point, everything was explained clearly. Now I'm very exited! The problem is I don't have the money at the moment to join the workshop being that I'm not working, I've been out of a job for a year or more now. Anyway I plan on trying to get the money up by asking and begging friends and family members hopefully I can have it within 2 months.(I know I will pay them back twice once I get this workshop in my system!) ANYWAY... I wanted to know if anyone knew when or if the conference will be coming back to the New York area?
