Hello DG family,
I'm just getting started and I must say, I am excited about it! I've read the book & check notes on it every morning and evening, posted my ad & signs, contacted an agent, receiving calls, I have my seller's list and a few on my buyers list, work my comps. Now, I meet with my agent today & a homeowner, my problem is, although I read over the information in the book and read these great blogs, I want to make sure I take the necessary forms. I don't want mess this up!

Question is, where and who are they (Investor Friendly Agents, Title Companies, and Attorneys) in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. I've been on my quest to find them but I'm still looking for these two elements of a good power team. Please, can anyone help?

Finally after one month of finding time to get my house upgraded with new bathroom sinks and faucets, the grass is green again, everything is beautiful. I will be signing my lease today with a new tenant.
Looking forward to now with doing wholesaling.
There are more houses in foreclosure in my neighborhood I would like to buy and hold, time will tell which will come first.
