I have posted several blogs and have gotten not response to me questions. Are there any professionals on this site anymore. Where have they gone?

Cash Buyers

I got the list from the agent that list all the cash bought properties and I started looking up who the buyers are. I am stumped. I found that some of these cash buyers are companies like HUD and I am wondering do we skip those properties that have been bought by real estate companies or do we offers a services to them? Also, some of the cash buyers are living in the home they purchased, so do I write them off or offer my services to them as well? Maybe these are stupid questions but I need to know. So, if anybody can answer these questions it would be appreciated. Thank you!

Days 6 thru 10

Now, that I have an understanding about how to wholesale I am getting concerned, because I am being told that I need a real estate license to wholesale. Is this true or not? I am not selling anything, I am simply matchmaking. Right?

I am working on building my buyers list, while reading this book. My confidence and determination to have at least one deal done by the end of June is grower stronger each day. I have to make at least one deal. Can I share any deals on my blog that I find?

Is there anyone on the same level as I am? Or am I all alone? I was told that there aren't many homes out there for buyers to fix and flip. What do you all think?

Starting Day 6

I have gotten calls from agents now and I working on getting a list of properties and I am waiting on my list of cash buyers.

But I have a ton of questions. I will post a few at a time.

I have an agents who wants to meet on Friday. She is asking that I bring my business name and proof of funds. I do not have neither of these. So, what should I do or say if I have none of these? I have a business but not proof of funds. I don't get it, I followed the script.

What other ways can I find cash buyers if the agents don't give to us or we can't get it online?

Does anyone else seem confused about what direction their going in?

30 Day to Real Estate CASH

I decided yesterday that I needed cash weeks ago. So I am taking the leap an following Dean's step in the "Days to Real Estate Cash." I am working on days 1 thru 5 and I am looking forward to going a step further until I get to the end and I have made my first deal.

I don't have a lot of confidence in what I am doing, but I am sure that if I follow the steps in this book, I will make my first deal within 60 days.
