I'd like someone to call me soon and help me get started in the foreclosure area. I have read the book and want to start making money by helping people out of foreclosure.
Also how will Pres. Bush's new Economic Recovery Act legislation help people out of foreclosure, and how will Dean Graziosi use that to help his students in their efforts to help homeowners out of trouble?
I have a foreclosure on my record, that is what motivates me to try and help others.

I HAVE THESE TWO HOUSE NEAR WHERE I LIVE AND THEY BOTH SAY SALED BY OWNER DO I CALL THE OWNER AND ASK HOW MUCH THEY WANT FOR THE HOUSE, THEN LOOK FOR REALTOR AND ASK THEM FOR A FINDERS FEE?

Angel, you need to read the book first... you need to get the basic info about real estate investing before you jump into this or you're not going to get very far.
The process in a nutshell talk to the owners, get a price, determine what fair value is, negotiate considerably below fair value, lock up the deal in contract for reassignment, then "sell" the right to buy at the price at a premium that goes to you.

I really enjoyed learning and reading about the 2008 Take Me Away contest. Congratulations to everyone that was a part of this great event. Does anyone know when the 2009 contest begins? I am sure it will be bigger and better each year! I can not wait to hear about all the deals and what DG members have done during the year. Believe and Achieve!
