Central Valley REI

I have hungered for the chance to stake my claim on my future and now is as good a time as any!! The central valley of California is well known for its agriculture. The current market in the area though seems to have hit a stand still somewhere near dangerous....or so many 'experts' say. I believe the Fresno, Madera, Clovis, Visalia, Chowchilla, and surounding areas have a great amount of untapped potiential for those of us learning from the DG principles.
I have only had his BAREM book for a week and am reading it for my second time. I have tried to use other RE investing programs, worked with other investors and have a bookcase full of books to that end. None have helped me understand the little steps needed to go from daydreaming behind a wall of fear and steping into my future of freedom. I look for others in my area who are interested in sharing in that untapped potiential!!

I have found great deals,REO,FBO, I need buyers or someone to help me please. I live in lindsay ca. ares close by Tulare,visalia,exeter,porterville, they are 15min to 20min away, But lindsay is growing fast there building 2 new schools. I come acroos deals but am new to this please help so we can all make money.

Hello, I'm Greg, my first deal was accepted by the bank and now I'm under the GUN to get a CASH BUYER.

I have been able to find many possible deal here in fresno but my difficulty is in finding investors who are willing to buy if not see potential investments. If anyone has ideas or past experience please share it here!!
