Govt Money To Fix Up Homes in Youngstown Ohio

I have in place contractors, appraisers, property manager along with local grant money to fix up houses. You can buy a house for around $10,000 and use various grant money to help defer the cost to fix up a house so it does not cost you as much to repair. Example would be: buy for $10,000, use local grant money to fix up property with grant money paying 60% of the repair up to $10,000 in one program, then use another that pays 60% up to $6,500. So if you get a property and buy for 10,000, grant money up to another 9,900 and you put in 10,000 for the rest to fix, you can have a property worth around 50,000 that rents for 480.00 to 500.00 dollars. You would only have 20,000 into it, while using local grant money for the rest to fix up. This gives you great cash flow per month.

Sorry I have been out of town for awhile and catching up. This grant money goes hand and first with properties you aquire in the Youngstown Ohio area. When the property is acquired and put through the lead program, this differs the cost of fix up. However with any govt. grant the process can be a little slow. Let me know if you want to talk more.

First try doing a google search under lead abatement and healthy homes grants in your area. Sometime this does not always show up. You then would contact your local city govt. to inquire who heads these up. It may take a couple of phone calls.
