really want 2 lern just brough the lates book please someone help or do i need 2 take the class

I literally have bought every one of Dean's products on this site but half are useless since I guess Hawaii is not being accounted for as a place to start this type of investment, and I dont blame them, its too expensive out here. But what i meant by some products not working, is like the "foreclusre finder" I have that product but its useless because its not tracking any properties in Hawaii. But as far as the rest of them, they've been helpful, especially the books. So I suggest order the books, they will guide you and if you want to kick it up a notch, join the academy, online classes to take you every step of the way with top of the line information one would die for, seriously haha. It also offers the opportunity to reach your Coach whenever needed through a livechat online, email, or by phone, for whenver you have questions or need someone to walk you through every step of the way like a guradian angel. bought the blueprint doing some homework. trying to get a deal done
