I was investing heavily around 2000 & 2001 until a couple changes in Texas law caused me to be wiped me out. I was very angry for several years but now I'm getting things ramped up again. I have overcome the damaging housing statutes created in Texas and I'm currently polishing up on techniques as needed in today's market. I will be forming bi-weekly get togethers in North & Central Dallas areas and perhaps would love to get together with your group in the near future.
