I woke up all excited this morning knowing that chapter 3 would be released. I was not disappointed: I am officially blown away by all the good information.

Part 3
I have just printed this article and I need to read it. By just reading my colleague's input I am already satisfied. I have no doubt in my mind that Dean's sole purpose is to really HELP us and that is evident by what he is doing. I have read a lot of real estate investment, attended many conferences and training and to be honest I don't buy them because talking to them in person I can tell they are not sincere in helping all they want is to market their products and services and make money. I have read Dean's books and I can tell by the introduction and how the books is written that the author is talking straight from his heart indicating therein every knowledge and his personal experience on how he prosper in real estate. That I want to follow his footsteps. Watch out for my journal in the near future... dom (~..~)

This is my very first posting and I'd like to hear from Indiana Jones.
The books were totally engaging and the EDGE materials just outstanding!!! To be honest, I was skeptical of Dean in the beginning, BUT, that has totally changed(duh) as I realized Dean really does care about other people and their success. Dean shows it every single day!
I've applied only a small portion of the strategies and I just recently bought/settled on my 2nd property. Conservatively, I expect to reap a net profit of $70K... unbelievable!!!
I hope that doesn't sound like bragging but this stuff is so cool and it is so much fun too!

Dean, you've done it again. Yes marketing offline and online is the best way to generate your buyers and sellers. Like you said, if you don't market yourself then you don't exist and Dean I exist and soon everyone in my area will know that. Very informative info and I will be using it as much as I can. Buyers List is Key
Thanks Dean for this great information. Building a buyers list is, I think, a key foundation element. Got to go now and put these 3 chapters into action.

i would like to see indiana joe and see what he says and how he get deals with no money down. i have this deal i am trying to put together with this older man in my town..he is willing to take back a mortgage but needs 225,000 to make it work ..this is a nice property that has subdivision potential. how can i make this work ..?

With my mind spinning in ten directions and an overload of information from all of Dean’s sources, I did not know where to start. I thought of (10) ten things and had no real direction. This 3 part guide is a life saver. Now I find myself just doing. Here are the steps, I am JUST DOING IT. Each chapter is great I love them all. Keep the step by step guides coming so we can JUST DO IT and not waste time.

Thanks Dean for sharing. Chapter 3 outlines in detail, step by step about strategic advertising and marketing as well as alternative ways of building buyers and sellers list. I did a bird dog ad yesterday to create my buyer's list. I received two responses and one of them explained all the areas he is investing in, but I have not received any detail info from the other. Maybe I will hear something tomorrow. God Bless.

First of all, thank you Dean for all you do for everyone here on DG. Chuck & I appreciate that you really care about your students. We haven't done a deal yet, but we are working toward it. I think either of the two would be a good choice, but, I think we would gain more from Indiana Joe and what he has to say as we are working with a company on clearing up our credit...and we are getting there, slowly, but surely. Thanks again for this board, your books, your coaches and everything else that you do for all of us.
