These 3 parts are GREAT stuff, you and your team do a fantastic job with putting all of this together. Thank you. As far as the choice, although both are very good things you have planned, I would benifit more at this time with Indiana Joe. The credit repair could go on the back burner because what I am learning from you and other DG members is these stratagies don't require credit.

Hi fellow success seekers!
I have had a tough seven years with several life threatening illnesses, a head-on collision with severe whiplash and a numb right arm, and now a torn ligament in knee from a fall on an employers' icy driveway that is knocking me out of a twenty-five year career. I have made it out on top of two possible foreclosure threats from my mortgage company and Dean is my knight in shining armor because after going thru his academy and reading and rereading his books, taking the action steps, creating my team, setting up my new corporation with LLC.,DUNN's# and almost my new website, tracking down and talking to "angel investors", I know without any doubt, without a new penny of profit yet, that I will succeed in my new endeavor beyond my dreams. And I am creating a way to make my for sale houses sell at profit before anyone else's in the market and people will be knocking down my doors for the chance to buy my properties.I need credit repair help that works fast, doesn't cost any money and is legit. Dean. . . I liked and needed the first two chapters, but THREE was THE one I most needed; I made a hardcopy, pdf, and saved it in a back up; that is valuable concise info and EXACTLY where I was losing momentum.. I needed that.
Thanks again, so much for everything; I'm still so proud when I tell people and demonstrate just how much my life has changed since I we got into the program.

I'm excited to try chapter 3 in San Diego county, where I live. Got your book in May & have been trying everything I learned with no success. Everyone I meet tells me your techniques don't work here & so far they've been right.

So I'm not talking to anyone anymore (negative vibes!) and I'm going full speed ahead with your new info.

Hi Dean, Great info as always. Just a thought. You always have people talking about their sucess. I stay up sometimes until 2am watching you talk. But the problem I have right now is credit. No one will touch me with a ten foot pole. I used to have 7 houses and had them all rented. I moved to Colorado for two and a half years. Sold some houses so I could play (BIG MISTAKE) I never thought the market would crash like this. I still have two houses but the banks don't care about that anymore. They don't care about the past. It's all about today. I can't seem to get my credit people to lower my intrest rate. I have a 14,500.00 debt and they are charging me 25.99% interest. My payments are 485.00 a month and I pay 500.00. Anyway. Thats my vote. Thank you again for all the great information you give us for FREE all the time. Your the best.

This is my first time to write, but I'm still a nervous "newbie". That is getting less & less the more I read from other members and your materials (which, by the way, is massive). I will be babysitting my grandkids the next 2 weeks and I'm taking everything that I have printed and read, read and read some more. I have already learned so much more than I did in the beginning. I want to become financially independent for many reasons. the least of which is to help my family and enjoy those things in life that I like, but have never had. Finding the MONEY is my primary concern, making the most profit I can as soon as I can and become totally debt-free! Thank you, Dean, for giving people like me "HOPE".

I hope to be able to start by the first of the year. I need to form an LLC first then I would like to go back to the fast start audio series. The I would like to try the Success Academy. I really want this to work. I am a slow reader and want to absorb everything that I read. Thanks for all the help.

Thanks for the clif-notes Dean. This has really focused my attention on what I need to do, how I need to do it and how to energize myself.

I really appreciate the craigslist tutorial and your comments on how not to make my ads just recycled repeats of what many other investors are doing.

I've been doing alot of looking & just looked in my area & hud & bank owned are about 25 ?under 80,000 that i can start doing here where I live, plus seen lots that i can do ,, I'm very in to this & I'm in the 2nd book & wanting in this & I know i got all the support that i can get ,, so I want DEAN to call me hey I am looking at what all others that are doing ,, I see alot just in this area that i live in ,,
