I own a home in INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana.
It is a 2 bed 1 bath home. I bought it from a rehabber company in CA. I live in CA. The home is in rentable condition except a back window that just got broken recently. We are going to board it up so no one can enter. I want to sell it as is condition. The house has been vacant over a year. I am trying to sell it for $42,000. Seller finance at 8.75%.

You could start out i.e. as a birddog, finding cash buyers for current
REO (real estate owned, by banks/lenders and hedge funds) that we sell
nationwide.
For example: today I have 4 or 5 properties in PA for which the asking
price is only $6,999 (per property). If you would like to email me.... I
can teach you some of the many ways to find cash buyers for those
properties in need of rehab. And you will get paid $500 for every buyer
who closes on one of these houses.
And of course you don't have to limit yourself to PA alone - thx to the
internet you can do this nationwide.
