I'm from the Bronx and I'm trying to get started in wholesaling. I attended my local REIA meeting in Manhattan. I'm in the process now of building my buyer list. I'm right now am also investigating about how to go about automating the buisiness. With that I remain.

The best thing I can tell you at this point in the game is keep on building your buyers list or taking any amount of action for that matter. The simple steps that you take today help paint the big picture for tomorrow. Stay motivated as if your life depended on it and the path to success will be revealed over time.
