If you have buyers I know someone that may be able to get properties for you. I can find buyers better than sellers and he gets the properties for me. I give him the criteria of the buyers and location and he finds and negotiates with sellers. Contact me if you need someone to find properties for you.

I don't see a lot of talking of people in here. I wonder if this is because everyone DIED, or are they that busy to chat to others? I seem to be doing about three houses a week and would like to gain more info from others and maybe be able to do maybe 10 houses a month. I want to be more since I have time, but might be missing the boat in some places.
