I am a stay at home mom of 6. I am married to a wonderful guy who goes to work everyday and works his hands to the bone so that I may try this real estate adventure. Right now my credit sucks, my husbands credit sucks, and we are broke. Right now I am putting together a wholesale deal, and we are looking to close on it very very soon. The picture I have is for my kiddos so that they can have a better lifestyle than what they are getting now. When I die, I don't want them to inherit my debt, I want them to inherit money and items that will help them out instead of be a hindrance.

I read your post about Dean's newsletter & you mentioned that "your controlling your properties with Lease/Options with bad credit & no money down." Can you explain to me how you're doing that because what I know is if you have bad credit & no money to put down even to use HML the only thing you can do is wholesale.....

I'm just now 'breaking out' of 'fear prison' myself. I can only offer encouragement for now.
May I suggest in 'Occupation', drop the 'wanna be'. If you're getting ready to close on a deal, you're WAY ahead of me! CONGRATULATIONS! Smiling In my thinking, you ARE already a 'REAL' Estate Investor.

look in all classified ads real estate for rent. copy all addresses given. Go to tax assessors website and find who owns property. look up their names. If they have alot of properties Bingo you have an investor. Find their phone number on anywho.com. Call them or if theres no number send them a postcard. Keith
