I lost an old friend this past week. She was my home, my trusted mode of transportation, my security blanket of sorts. I'm talking about my old trusted steed--my 2003 Ford Focus. So out with the old and in with the new.

I see things differently from the back seat of public transportation. I see the wasted hours of sitting and waiting for the bus to arrive.

No longer will I stand and let society dictate what I must do with my time and energy. I'm fed up and will not put up with it any longer.

Carol, congrats on your 50th. I hoe to meet you and Dean at next years EDGE event. Your an inspiration for all.(-:

Hi Dean,
I just got cut off the conference call and ended up talking to two investors. One in NY and the other in Escondido, CA. I'm in the Bay Area, CA. Anyway, NY decided to say good bye and Richard in Escondido and I talked for a few minutes. I confirmed for him that every thing about Stacy and Joe was very true and the Edge was fantastic. He is a retired teacher and I encouraged him to go on DG.com. So, Richard, if you do look at the posts, welcome.

Bought a house today. whew. Thank you, thank you, thank you. The Edge was fantastic. The happiness, camaraderie, inspiration and did I say happiness still gives me butteries. I'm walking around with a smile on my face all the time. Conrad's calling realtors and looking up properties while I'm doing research and calling banks. We're making offers.

Yup, always awesome Dean. Next year yes yes. I think I finally found a realtor woohoo! She doesn't understand any of it but I'm working with her to understand. She's new as a realtor so this is a good thing. This is a military area with 5 bases so mayb that's a factor. I don't know but this will work.

I've been working on getting Rich Slow, but No More!

Makes no since when we need Money Now!

By the way, my wife's name is Carol!

And I need to get Rich Fast to retire her from the Army.

My daughter will have school loans after college for sure, but a job is not for sure.

My son will be shooting for a NBA career and that's certainly not for sure.

The only thing I'm sure of is that I will be Rich from Real Estate and I will eliminate the money worry's.

Sorry, I couldn't make it to this year EDGE, I'm hoping for next year. I also missed the private event you recently had in Vienna VA...luck me! The reason was beyond my power, so I'm on the lookout for another opportunity. The 2 houses are gone as I thought they would! But I gained an insight by just reading and looking at those houses. One idea stuck to my head after reading your book,that is, not to look into buying any house built before 1950. Now I know if the house has been fixed up and the price is right, I can go for it.

Just want to say Thank you Dean for keeping us motivated. I couldn't attend the Edge event this year, but hopefully next year.I know once I can get things rolling I will be alright. I have to make this work. I feel it at my finger tips, and just need to grasp it.

I am just got in to this program. I which I had the cash to buy one of this houses. I hope Dean offers more houses that I can have the chance to buy one. I am waiting for my coach to hold my hand so I can make my first deal.
