My husband and I moved from Iowa 6 1/2 years ago. He ran his own bulldozing business, called R.L. Dozing for about 20 years. Due to difficulties in the business he had to give up his business and then got involved with painting with a
friend. I was finishing up my RN schooling and our kids were now both out of school and we were ready for a change. I had worked as CNA, MA, and LPN prior to graduating from RN school. This would be a great opportunity with my new career for us to make that change. So we ended up in Osage Beach, MO Rod's business in painting took off and I was struggling. There were so many changes all at once, we had been Iowans for 40 years. Many adjustments to make. Rod continues in his business, and I finally just decided this wasn't where I wanted to be for the next 30 years. Wondering what I was going to do for the rest of my life, along came Dean Graziosi on a Sunday afternoon with his infomercial and we ordered the books. When I heard his voice and his sincerity, I had to order the books. We had been tossing around real estate for quite a while, and we even talked about getting a piece of land clear back when we were on our honeymoon at Lake Of The Ozarks and never did anything about it, and I think that opportunity has come full circle for us here we are getting to ready to fulfill that dream. We are so
thankful to God that we made that move to the lake and get another chance.
