I think all a great but the best teck i think for me is to buy low and hold for new market. your lesson to buy low and sell to other investors is the market im trying now. Anyway I do need to make money NOW!! Wholesale is the way to go for someone with bad or no credit. Now to find an investor. I will need help with that

I would like to win
I like the idea of rehab then selling, I just picked up my first foreclosure with no money! All I have to do is the rehab and then I will take a "cut" out of the final sale!
I am currently looking for another property to buy with my profits so I can buy my own foreclosure/ rehab to create my own cash flow!
So i like both ideas! I can keep investing other peoples money and do the rehab and then reap the profits to create my own cash flow business! I think I finally just realized that I accomplished DG's teachings!
