In this week's blog, a visit from one of Dean's childhood friends inspires a simple but powerful exercise.
Dean asked his buddy, Ricky, about the major obstacles to making money in his life.
He starts by asking you to think of the three people in your life you spend the most time with?
Dean then asks you to evaluate how they affect you.
Watch and listen as Dean explains how the people you spend your time with can help or hinder your progress and what you can do about it.
It will profoundly change your thinking about who you spend your time with.
Well said!
That is so true. We have to try to block our nay sayers. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Dean another great blog topic
Dean,
This is another great blog topic. So often in life your friends may choose to take a differen path than you - education, marriage, place of residence, motivation level, etc. It is so true to watch who you spend time with becuase frineds, co-workers, etc. all affect your mood and dreams. I have known several people that do not understand a passion for real estate investing and then steal their your dreams. Thanks for the sound advice. Believe and Achieve!

Hi Dean,
In regards to this video. I came to a understanding that the only one putting me most of the time in the hole with negativety, is myself! I have figured out the only way out of the hole. Is to stop digging it! I'm working on me at this point in my life. Trying to keep myself in a positive enviroment. Thanks so much for your dedication! Continued Success.......
