You are absolutely right, the Edge Conference was a terrific moving event, that exceeded all expectations and touched on so much more than just real estate investing. It was wonderful how people were helping people, before, after and during the event. The event speakers like Greg Murphy in this video clip were so down to earth and very nice to answer any questions. I thought it was awesome how all the guest speakers were so approachable at the event like Rina Krisak, Bob & Deborah Bouchard, Matt Larson, Nathan Street, Chip and Andrea Weule, to name a few. Even non-speakers at the event were so friendly and out-going like Anita who encouraged us to be more active and more of a voice on the DG website! My wife and I can't wait until the next event. We are still very fired up and enjoy the DG site so much. I can't wait for the Edge event to be available on DVD because I enjoy watching and listening to programs over and over because each time I learn something new every time I rewatch or relisten to a program of yours. Thank you for taking the time to organize the event and sharing your passion for real estate with the rest of us. Good luck on your future deals. I can't wait to see more deal of the month videos and weekly video blogs. Believe and Achieve!

hello to everyone on this team. i'm your new teamate and like everybody else's looking forward to a life time experience in real estate.i must say that some decisions we have to make at time could cost you to bit your nails off..lol..however as a handyman by trade, i learn that you JUST hammer the nails in the wall not bit them off your finger tips..lol..yesterday i took my first stab at getting a H.M.L, but was turn down.i was told if i had "NO" "EXPERIENCE" they could'nt help me. folks allow me to tell you this they just turn me into a monster by saying "NO" to me.DEAN DID SAY IN HIS BOOK THAT GOD CLOSES ONE DOOR AND OPEN ANOTHER...WELL I WILL LOOK FOR THAT OPEN DOOR AND GO FOR IT AGAIN!!! "THEY CAN'T STOP ME NOW"...GOOOD LUCK TO ALL...

Well it seems like if we are being starved and only getting pieces of the pie. I guess the whole pie is on it's way. Great presentation by Greg. Can't wait for the next event. Good Luck.

I have been working with a real estate agent looking for an underpriced house to buy in my area. Does anyone know if there is some other way I should be finding these underpriced houses for sale? Any and all advice would be appreciated!

put out flyers, bun. cards, ad on craigslist,bandit signs and talk to accountants, attonerys ,building inspctors,ad in penny saver, building contractors because if they sold a new house that means someone has a house they need to sale bad just tell every body you know what you are doing the more the better.

Dean, I can't wait for the EDGE package. A lot of us couldn't make it and I'm glad you're making this available to everyone! Great info, these blogs are teasers! I know its suppose to be short and inspiring but they're still teasers, LOL!

It's agreat thing to know these dvd's are going to be available for all to see. It's so great that I can sit and watch the excitement that took place prior to me enrolling into the change for financial freedom. I spent most of the day wednesday watchng all the blogs. I don't want any room in my head for self doubt. So I try to keep myself surrounded by things that are only going to help me move forth in this program. These video blogs are great because you can watch them as many times as needed. Much Success to you and family...........

i have a possible buyer wanting a 3-1 for around 75k, he is 21 y.o. has worked with his father for 1 year at father's concrete business which is supposedly kept up on paperwork. he owns outright a mobile home that he can get at least 12k for and is wanting to put that 12k down, he believes his credit is poor although i am not so sure about this maybe he just hasn't checked it. i have a lot of "If ____ thens" and am not even sure he will sell his mobile home. so if he does commit and sells his MH and checks his credit what do i need to do to find him a nice home for his young family that can be win-win
