The house is a nice addition to your investment portfolio. The video reminded me that each of us has to take action every single day in order to attain our goals. We also have to be prepared to do so when those close to us think we're 'chasing' a dream.

I have read the book twice and re-arrainged my schedule. Today I start on the First Phase of the book. I'm excited and feel that I can succeed and accomplish anything. Thanks Dean, I am extremely greatfull for what you have done for me up to this point; but I know that it doesn't stop here. This is only the begining. I look forward to telling you about my progress.

Congrats to John.God bless you.I have been trying my hardest to buy my First house.I still have people tell do not get in a hurry to get a house take your time.I have been offered a half double for little to nothing.One side is already rented out.I need some advice about do I take the chance on this half double.He is a invester too.He is asking $14,000 for it.
