Another incredibly timely message from a past video

Dean,

I'm working on an idea I got for building a wholesale deal PIPLELINE while at one of the 3-Day Seminars, but it means I have to pitch an idea to people who wear expensive suits to work every day. It's very intimidating dealing with people who work day in and day out with the numbers I'm studying right now. I have a sound strategy and a real plan, but it depends on buy-in from this particular category of motivated sellers that don't want to admit that they have any motivation or anything to sell. In fact, in a face-to-face meeting the other day one of them told me an outright bald-faced lie!

On the other hand, if I pull this off I expect to be on one of your videos someday fairly soon. Eye-wink

In any case, this message was perfect for me this week... I've been in that group of people you were talking about who are all "ummm... ummm..." to investors at auctions. I need to walk in their bold as brass, knowing what I'm talking about because I've done my homework and saying "I CAN HELP YOU! YOU CAN HELP ME! We need to work together and we'll all come out better off for it!"

Thank you for putting me back in touch with my audacious side... that part of me is something I'm going to need this week if I'm going to meet the goals I'm setting for myself this afternoon. I am one of the sand dollars you've pitched back into the ocean. Thank you.
