He systematically reveals the traits you must practice and how simply putting them together ensures you have the stamina to keep going for your goals.

Plus, it's time for another FREE training call, and because Dean has skipped a few months, he is doing something AMAZING to make up for it - so watch this blog, register for the free training next Monday and go kick this week's butt.

Weekly Wisdom #177

Hi Dean,

I could not comment too much last time, when I listened to Weekly Wisdom #173, because the library was closing and I had approximately one and a half minutes to write and post my comment. However, I will, today. When you are a single mom of two young children; one and two years old, you have to do what you have to do when you have to do it. Even if I was sick, or had a headache, or aching in some part of my body, I had to still clean, cook, prepare the children for daycare or school, etc., and still go to work or class or the like. When you have no $$ to pay someone to watch the children for even an hour, you have to do what you have to do, whether it is a bad flu, or what ever it is. I do not let sickness or things like that stop me. I do what I have to do when I have to do it. I even do groceries during a snow storm if my children need food for school and so on. School is a bit hectic at the moment. I am just finishing off my Intermediate Computer courses and sliding into the Advanced. I have to do an assignment and then an exam, before going into
Advanced. When I start the Advanced Computer courses, I will work on getting my team together. I was going to do so this week, but my teacher told me we have exams. I have not been studying because I thought we only had to do an assignment. Already they do not help us with the assignments we have to submit. I am also working on a couple other things. I listened to Philip Tirone's webinar, but I could not register for the training on Credit because they do not accept money orders monthly. They want the money up front and I could not afford to do that. It is already difficult for me to pay monthly, and I was willing to make a sacrifice and give a monthly money order of $29.00. I was refused. Well, my credit cards are overflowing and I cannot seem to get rid of the overpayment. How can I possibly pay by credit card. I tried explaining that a money order is the same as receiving cash. They still refused. So I will not be able to register for his course until I am able to clear my credit card. That may take a while. I have gotten rid of the scarcity mindset long ago. I attempt to push forward. Sometimes, there are roadblocks and I have to push harder. There will always be things happening in life. We have to persevere in spite of those roadblocks and find ways of eliminating them. Sometimes, people shut you right down. How am I to register for the Credit program with my current situation? I can't send cash in the mail. I was so excited about finally being able to register. Then I got the unpleasant surprise. I will register for your live 1 hr. video viewing; however, the library closes at 9:00 p.m. I will try to see whether I can view it at a friend's home or at my sister's. I will probably attempt it on my phone. I have free internet on my phone for another three weeks. Enjoy the rest of your week.

Your Blogs really keeps me going

LadyHarris8's picture

I am always happy and inspired when I checkout the Blogs. I put myself on a schedule to read your books so I can get into the RE mindset. I am nearly halfway...anyhow, during Holy Week, I mentioned to my doctor that we need to talk RE soon. He proceeded to tell me what he is looking for, where, how much etc...

Now, how cool is that? I am not even setup yet and have a buyer. Word of mouth is all it took here for this new beginning.

I am reallyyyy thrilled!!!!

Thanks Dean, well back to reading I have lots of to COMPLETE before I get started on my first deal on the road. ACTION!

All tips are welcome.

Many Blessings

And I rely on these weekly messages. I replied about this blog in my latest deal. I basically did the impossible this week. According to my naysayer I could never close a deal w/o him. My reasons WHY are bigger and overpowers ALL this negativity. And, I refuse to let go or let the naysayers get the best of me.

Go out and make it happen and PLOW ALL THE OBSTACLES OUT OF YOUR PATH!!! They can NOT hold you if you don't let them! Thanks Dean! You are the best!

It is CERTAIN I will SUCCEED!

sorry dean

Weekly Wisdom #173

Hi Dean,

I forgot to mention that over the Easter holidays, I had a huge pain in my arm that would not go away. I felt as if someone was building a house in my arm. I still cooked, cleaned, and did what I had to do. I did not tell my son how bad it was until he wanted to refuse to massage the arm on Monday. I got my son to massage it for me a few minutes each day. It went away on Tuesday. It just reminded me of your migraine headache. Sometimes, Dean, a day off is good. God made it possible for me to get my car back; I paid a bit on it, and the company repaired it. I still owe a chunk, but I have it and am driving it to school, church, etc.. After I took my son to school today, I took my time getting ready to go out. I was supposed to buy a money order. Of course, a car makes it easier. I did not go to school today. I went to buy a money order to send to a particular company I ordered something from. Then I took the car in because it had a bit of a rattle. It needed two screws put on the coolant tank. Then I came to the library. I feel so relaxed today. Most times, I rush to get things done and go to school all day, go to the library after hours, and do cooking and cleaning in between, before, or after. It felt good! Although I love winter, this is a beautiful Spring day. Try to enjoy some of it.
Talk to you soon,
Annis

Cannot Get Any Help

I am so pumped and ready to go and make money and help others do the same; but I cannot move from where I am. I am retired, so I have the time, I am just strapped without any, any funds to move. I asked 3 R.E. Agents for help and they turned me down due to not having any money to make anything happen. I keep hearing that I do not need any money to get going.....so what am I doing wrong? I've got the engery, the positive attitude, the want and desire to win, and the personality to go with it. I've even found some good deals, but I can't get anyone to run me stats or comps. I figure if i present someone with a good deal, I will use the money they are using to proceed with the holding, w/title and tax check, and with the closing.....OPM. Is this not what I am learning from D.G. blogs and seminars? I have spoken to a Rep in the coaching area, and he's adamant that I need to enroll in the Success Academy. I agree, but I am on Social Security each month for retirement that pays only my mortgage and utilities. Where am I going to get $469 for the Academy? I truly mean I have no supplemental resource to turn to. Where should I go for help? Should I be afraid to post this when asking for help?

I can't wait until Monday

NEED HELP BUILDING BUYERS LIST!!

Hi guys--

I have followed all the training in building my buyers list. I got about 10 investors and thought, WOW I am ready to go. When I got a deal I sent it to my investors and for various reasons, they were not interested. Can anyone give me some advice on how to create a massive buyers list? Can't give up!! Real estate is my passion!!

Weekly Wisdom #177

Yes, Dean, it's very important to get results. Every year, I say that my next year will be better than my last. That has happened for many years. Two years ago, when I moved, things got pretty bad and I had to cut off a lot of services and products, etc. that I used to order and that used to work for me. I am down to my bare necessities. Although things are not as bad as last year, they are still not at a stage where I can take the action that I really want to take. When it gets to that stage, I will take action. Of course it is frustrating for an action-oriented and results-oriented person like me to be in such a position. However, I am not going to remain there. While others are gossiping about me, I am putting myself in a position to make my next five years much better than my last - in fact, my next five years are going to be the best years ever that I have lived. I have to start slowly and build momentum. When I do, the world will be my oyster.

Till the next pearl of wisdom,
Annis
