Dean Graziosi Weekly Wisdom #184 - Logical Decisions

Are you emotionally driven? Most people are. We let our emotions drive our actions. Your emotions can be powerful motivators or they can cause destructive lack of action.

This week, we talk about taking the emotion out of the decision process. It allows you to take ownership of your life and your actions, as well as gain the confidence you need in all areas. This can do everything from changing the way you feel about yourself to dramatically changing the economy in your house.

Watch it now and as a special surprise, you'll find out how anyone who leaves a comment on this blog this week can get a FREE digital copy of my bestselling book 'Totally Fulfilled.'

Great Weekly Wisdom, as usual. Thanks for reminding us not to look back on this year with regret. I'm pushing forward and making offers scared (as Carol says) I can't wait to see the results.

I've got an agent who is putting in offers when I ask at the amounts I ask. I've got the success academy behind me and can't wait for that first yes!

WONDERFUL!!

I will be sending this to everyone I know!!! This is very powerful!!! Thanks for everything you do and the support!!

Thanks!

Your enthusiasm and persistence has me up and out...making the 25 offers this week and hoping to hear from some...I was a victim of "paralysis by analysis" over thinking every deal and missing out on some good ones.Your enthusiasm is infectious...please keep it up

LOGICAL DECISIONS

Good Morning, Dean. Thank you so much for sharing your wisdom with the world! You are so enthusiastic and that is contagious. My wife, Denise, and I are students of yours, and are going forward to make that first deal happen. We also want you to know that whenever we call your Advisory Line for answers to questions we have, your coaches are not only friendly, but very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you, Dean!

Dean-

Thanks for another great weekly wisdom. I had been slow getting back to making real estate deals for a few years, but are back at it in 2012. My goal is one deal a month, and I have been at that pace since February. Thanks.- Randy

I'm encoureged.

Hi Dean, Thanx for the encouregement i was filling pretty down earlier because i want to be very successful at this i want to get married & have my own family soon & i need this to work out for me & for my mom however i don't have any money so i was wondering how can i get my hands on my first property without it, i don't know anyone who could give me a loan. What can i do? and thanx again great work on your end.

Thanks for the logic

As always a great blog Dean. It's so true, people generally make decisions based on emotion. It was a hard thing for me to figure out, but once I did it was as if I could really see for the first time. Now I evaluate everything with logic, sometimes it's harder than others but emotion doesn't play as big a role as it did. Of course there will always be a time when an emotional decision will happen and it may be the best decision ever.

Live abundantly!!

I come to pump you up - arnold S.

HAHHA That was a very exciting video. I must say, it is very much needed. Especially when you haven't quite got the system of things down yet. and are struggling to make that first deal. I've made 2 deals that only went to the half way mark. hahaha I would like to get a "COMPLETE" deal under my belt. I was feeling a little discouraged. Now, this was a good jolt to get back in the game and go go GO! Thanks Dean!

Love the video wisdoms!

Working the program. Asking for help. Building and investor list. Just need that first deal to get my career going. Need that property to assign or Double close. Need that Real Estate agent who is REI savy. Need to put my team together. Need to make this work. I know real estate and I know the market. The time is now.

So much more than merely real estate investing advice....

I enjoy listening to these Weekly Wisdom posts because they can be used for so much more than simply a call to action from a real estate guru. I have been going thru the mourning process for much of the past year and I can say, that Dean's positive energy really uplifted me when I really needed it.

I thank you most sincerely for the boost!

Never Give Up

There are several things that have kept me going throughout my life, things I heard from great people.

1. You can't fail if you never give up.
2. If you learn from it, it is a lesson, not a failure.
3. If you trip, always stumble forward and you will be making progress toward your goal.
4. People doing great things are often the ones with the most and loudest critics!
5. Get a big why (the reason you are doing something). If your why is big enough and has enough emotion attached, nothing can stop you!

Thanks for all your good advice.

Hey Dean.....Woot Woot!

Funny you should make a video about emotional decisions.
My husband and I just recommitted to our REI goals last night
after several obstacles, a RE agent who quit us due to her being uncomfortable with our strategies, and funding that has fallen through,

But we're moving ahead....

I knew the first time I saw you being interviewed on Mike Keonigs' Digital Cafe that you were a man of your word and so passionate about what you do.

Thanks! Can't wait to read the book.
