Hey, just a fun question to help make us think about what is important:

"If you were accused and prosecuted for being a real estate investor, would they have enough evidence to convict you?"

Kind of a fun way to realize that I am not doing enough. It makes me think that I need to get some offers done right now.

Many of us ("and we know who we are") don't need another book, another seminar, or coaching session... we need to get into action big time to create the future we want!

Enough talking the talk... it's time to walk! ACTION IS THE ANSWER.

We prove that we are real estate investors by doing deals.

Now bring the evidence forthwith.
Or...Ask for the help you want.

Either way, we move forward today!

How do we get POF and Pre-Aproval Letter?

My agent keeps sending me foreclosure listings with the following terms on the bottom of the form:

"All offers must be submitted on current CAR forms with proof of funds, copy of deposit check & FICO scores, and a pre-approval letter."

My FICO is great, I need to get proof of funds and this letter mentioned. I'm stuck right here... How might I move forward?

Any ideas how to move forward would be very helpful as I want to complete my first deal before the end of this month.

In regards to a proof of funds letter try to work with a local bank, mortgage broker or local CPA. Let them know your plans for realestate investing and see if they can work with you. Also, a partner may also be able to get you a P.O.F. letter for future potential deals.
