Hey Dean once again thanks for the constent
reminder that we can go as far and be as successful as we allow ourselves after all we are not alone we have the right tools and teachings to make it, so just by doing that makes me super cool i am new to all of this and super excited to make my first deal havent made any deals but i can feel it just around the corner YA BABY!!!

A week late but I still think I am cool because I finally got to it.

1.Married to my wife of 31 years
2.Six amazing kids
3.Eight Grand Kids that come over every Tuesday for "Tenting Tuesday" with gramps
4.Smart enough to realize there is money to be made in real estate
5.Just bought house #5
6.graduated college
7.Expanding my knowledge of the TAX Code
8.Investing in the TAX business
9.Been to Guatemala twice on Mission trips
10.Can see the freedom to do more by investing in Real Estate

What's cool about me;
I survived 9-11 and cancer afterwards. It caused alot of hurt, sleepless nights, and fear that I would never recooperate from the trauma. I have 2 beautiful daughters and 2 beautiful grandaughters.I have to make sure that I leave a legacy behind for them.They are the reasons I need to succeed I can not fail! We have been through alot together and they are always telling me how much they look up to me inspite of all I have gone through. They tell me everyday I am their Idol. That is the best words a mother can hear from their children. I never thought that at my age I could finaly start to see the possibilities and start having some success. Dean is a very different person his message is unique. I have been trying to sign up to enter the video contest Dean spoke about in his blog. I have had no success. Does anyone know how I can reach them? I tried by email with no success I entered my information but have not received an email with instructions. Help Please!

This is just what I needed at the right time. There are no accidents. I have come a long way in the past 3 years. I just about lost everything due to alcoholism, from my house, to my job to my marriage and just about lost my two young boys in the process. I have come back from that and now have a great relationship with my ex-wife and have maintained 50% custody of my boys. I am on the verge of breaking thru with Real Estate and hope to do my first deal within 30 days. Anyway, I thank you and the DG family for providing such great inspiration and hope that this can really happen for me. I'm cool because I'm a recovered alcoholic and I have come back from such adversity and I know I can make this happen for me and my boys and our future!

Now..TODAY!!

I have been off for about three weeks, my labtop died on me but i have a new one and am happy to be back.

looking at some emails that Dean sent me of old videos have brought me back to being motivated in RE.

whats cool about me, I notices that i can bounce back form being down alot faster.

What cool about me is that i am fighting to keep my marrage alive by changing old bad habits.

Ilove baby...

whats cool about me is that i will die for my children without a thought and im the best father i can and will be.

what cool about me is that i care about animals to much.

I hope that everyone in this sight and world lives to the fullest and is totally bless with success.

what cool about me is i could walk again after not being able to so for three month!!!
