Dean Graziosi Weekly Wisdom #196 - Olympic Style Success

Few things are as thrilling as seeing an Olympian grab the Gold. It's a culmination of countless hours of training and preparation. It is the result of years of disciplined commitment. We know that on the surface, but have you ever thought about what athletes like LeBron James, swimmer Michael Phelps, soccer goalkeeper Hope Solo and gymnasts, Jordyn Wieber and Aly Raismanichael were doing in 8th grade?

What did they sacrifice? The end result is obvious, but the path to get there...not so much. This week Dean draws a powerful comparison to getting Olympic Gold and your ability to achieve real estate gold. You're gonna love this one.

Hi Dean, Thank you for the

Hi Dean, Thank you for the weekly blogs. They are a great source of encouragement. I feel as if you see us, and that you sense our fears and frustrations. We can do this. We will do this.

Love these

Hi Dean

I am a step closer to getting to where I need to go. God is Good God just provided a great new transportation for me above and beyond what I could have ever dreamed of. My now that I have a 2000 Toyota I can now drive to your programs when I am able to get the recourse to get into your classes.

Now I just need to find a way to get into your program. Now my focus in running my real estate race, is How can God and I together find a way I can get into your programs with you and your coaches.I don't see how it is possible, all I know is that God already has it a plan to work it out in His timing and not mine.

I just need to trust God to make a way when there is no away. I can not wait to try my first deal but I don't have the money to make that deal yet. I am still trying to find a way to get into your
programs working with you, your coaches and your other students,I just need to wait on God and His Plan for me in real estate.

All I know if God can get me a beautiful car way below blue book, then God can make a way for my education in Real Estate school through your Real Estate Academy God will also make a way when there is no way, one day for this will happen in God's. timing,

Sincerely
Debra Ann

THIS WEEK VIDEO BLOG

Very interested in new book...... & the motivator on the olympics, that was classic.... the challenges, the hours, the patience, all made sense. oh, I forgot one, '''the tears''' - is worth it... nothing successful comes easy. & when this success comes, i will never forget """"its dean graziosi'' success as well, if it wasn't for dean, i would have never thought about jumping on board this success train. also, i never forget, like some successful people i know, once they achieve that success, they thank """ the good person above us all """god''' for their success, my thanks to: '''god''' & ''''dean graziosis'''' for my success. not disrespecting the others on the team. Dean was my main motivator for pulling the trigger '''on this decision''' also '''god'''' & my heart & determination to succeed. As i was watching Deans '''insiders buying summitt students, one individual stressed """DEAN NAMES IN ADDITION TO BECOMING A '''REAL ESTATE MILLIONAIRE'''' I THOUGHT THAT WAS SO IMPORTANT,,,, because he is the reason me & my wife decided to join this organization..... Let me resume my business of submitting offers. Thank you Dean for being my inspiration to make it happen.... Thank you so much.....& another thing, my wife, not very interested in a lot of those gurus on infomercials, her being from a third world country - she only admired Robert Kiyosaki & Dean Grazios, them the two she can have the heart to believe in (and have faith with).......& DEAN ' --- THE LAST THING""" DON'T FORGET TO PUT ON MY BILL''' THE COPY OF YOUR NEW BOOK ON THE DEALS """ YOU MADE WITHIN THE LAST 2 YEARS''' THAT , I KNOW IS A CLASSIC... I'M INTERESTED IN THAT BOOK, ONE I CAN INCLUDE IN MY LIBRARY WITH PRIDE & DIGNITY...

Dedication

hey I love everybodies comments here so helpful
and inspiring.
Cant wait for the new readings

Olympics were awsome and very emtional too with all the stories that went along with each olympian.

Lets see how much time you spen on RE this week... LETS DO YALL...

Conditioning

Great analogy, Dean. Athletes must condition their muscles for strength and endurance. If they quit, they lose what they have accumulated. As anyone on an exercise program knows. Smiling

A baby doesn't just get up and walk either. It crawls, then stands up, then walks with assistance until it's muscles and coordination are strong enough to peddle itself forward on its own. Same thing.

The effort you put into each deal makes you stronger for the next one and so on and so forth.

Just don't get discouraged and give up. Hardest part is doing the first one. Not there...yet.

Weekly Wisdom #196

Hi Dean,

Yes, a failure is a stepping stone to future success. I know you already know that, but sometimes it's nice to hear these things again. I have failed at a few things before becoming successful. That's what makes being successful feel much better when you do succeed. I have made a few successful strides - small ones, but success none-the-less. Library shutting down in two minutes.
Talk to you soon,

Weekly Wisdom #196

Hi Dean,

I really loved this Weekly Wisdom. In a way, it reminds me of myself. Many people have told me the same thing about success. It's a good thing I do not listen to them anymore. I did my police check yesterday. When it clears, I will be able to do my 'B' written exam and then get the practice I need to drive either the school bus or the Milton Transit. I will need the extra $$ to get into Real Estate. So I am well on my way. All those who criticize others cannot do a thing themselves. I bet none of them have even attempted to have a business of their own, or none of them know what it is to be working while others are sleeping - to be out in the cold weather, eating cold meals in order to travel far so you can succeed in business, or skipping meals so you can get the transportation fare to do what needs to be done to start a business. Good for Michael Phelps!!! Now, they will not be criticizing him anymore. I cannot reiterate enough the fact that one U.S. president tried 27 times before becoming U.S. president. I do not know American history, because I have passed West Indian history, but I heard of the story. Good for him, whoever he is. What if he had given anywhere during the first 26 tries? He would never have been president! That's why one should never give up no matter the outcome. In 1996/97, I quit my job to return to high school to do calculus. The school informed me that it's been too long since I left high school, so I need to go back to high school for at least two years. I did, and ended up at university. If I had just turned away, what then? I did not want to go back to high school for two years, since I had had the British system of education and had 6 G.C.E. 'O' level subjects - the equivalent of O.A.C. subjects in Canada (in order to graduate high school). Furthermore, in the Caribbean, we have to pass the exams from scratch. In Canada, the O.A.C. exams are worth 40%, and class work 60 %, or 30% exam, and class work 70%. In the Caribbean, no matter how good a mark you get in class, the exam is 100%. That makes it much tougher. Now, it is a bit changed in the Caribbean than when I attended school. The British system of education is very tough. I even ended up passing University Calculus, but I passed the first course and decided that I do not want to do anymore Calculus courses. It is very tough and took up a lot of my time.

Effort conquers all, and perseverance wins in the end. Talk to you soon,
Annis

Weekly Wisdom #196

Hi Dean,

I have looked at Weekly Wisdom #196 before, but what stuck in my head was the fact that things do not always go according to plan. If they did, I would be a Chartered Accountant, making $500,000 per year, and would want for nothing. Things did not go according to my plan, but it is still good to plan. I believe my life went according to God's plan for me. I will do things a bit differently now and I know even if things do not go well initially, I will not give up. The one who perseveres is the one who wins in the end. I am like the tortoise, but things always work out for me even if they take a while longer than it does for others.
Till the next Weekly Wisdom,
Annis

To be a champion requires more than wanting to be one.

Great comparison and very enlightning.

Follow the champions

Dean, I have hated sports and the competition that it implies. I had to watch the video three times to understand the message you were trying to transmit, or at least what I think you were trying to communicate to us .A sport is something that you choose. No one chooses it for you. no one imposes it on you.You choose it because you like it and you want to enjoy it. Period. To excell in that sport you have to dedicate time, effort, patience, perseverance, set aside friends, family, fun,and most importantly move away from the comfort zone if you want to achieve anything meaningful for you and for others. You have to be determined to go to the end if you want to be a champion. So, lets all say: See you at the top, whatever it takes. But not excuses.

Bert
