The weekend I had my Boots on the ground was the weekend you were selling the Insider Elite at a discount. I was so new to this and your marketing techniques - I thought that I had already purchased this service when I purchased the Platinum Package.

Two days ago I received a call for a guy selling the Inter Circle. How is this different from Insider Elite? When he called I thought that he was the Mentor I was told would be working with me. As it turned out, he was sell another service

I am a former educator. In education, we list a catalog of courses, prerequisites and suggested course series. I need this from you DG.

For one reason, absolutely one reason, because am serious about my success in real estate, in your system. At first, when you mentioned about $1.00 for a test drive in the Insider Elite Circle, I thought for a moment, " I don't want to test it for a buck, I want to be in it, the entire nine yards. After I joined IE I closed my first two deals in less than 30 days. This was after trying for four years to make it happen! The money is sliding into my bank account tomorrow...woohoo! NEVER GIVE UP!

Dean great as always, got to go meet with a Lender today, from the club I am a guest as. I told him I am new and need to learn a lot yet, so he is going to give me some inside information on how they go about their lending process, and the such. I am so glad, but I have a lot of catching up to do with the viedos and all. I still have to read, read, read. I am glad that I will be learing from the people who are doing it locally. Thanks Dean and all. I to keep focus, as so many other things take up my time. But, I neve will give up on my dreams of being A Real Estate Investor Millionaire! Dean, I wrote you before concerning my current situation. I am awe inspired by your presentation, so much that I downloaded the e- book you offered. It was great, from cover to cover, however it left me with one question. How do I apply what I read to my situation? I have very bad credit, no money and a family of 9 to support. I literally have tears in my eyes looking for a way to keep up with the bills. I am not even talking about being rich, just would like comfort for my family. How??? I May not be able to understand the process and I will buy your book when our finances permit. Thanks for the ear and time....RV

I really want to go for the full memebership, although my finances are not there. I am just struggling here to make ends meet, that's why I will take your offer for the 14 days, I am hoping to take full advantage of all I can possibly get out of this oppertunity right now. This is going to be my turning point! I have just got a new Realitor who is going to be on my side as she teaches me alone the way. I have made contact yesturday with Prime capital President here in Tucson and he also was educating me on how their system works. Also the President of Prime Capital knows I am looking for a mentor, and he suggested I get in contack wth the President of Azeria in Phoenix. He said that I should be able to find someone who lives in Tucson, who would be an investor mentor. I have the time to do the swet equity for this to work. These are the people that I have to help me as of now. I had gotten this far from reading your book, in that I searched out a Real Estate club and the people from the Club are very supporting and I am thakful to of met them. I have been at this for just about 4 months now. Reading your books, checking in on this site daily, connecting with a very energetic real estate agent, attended my first REI club meeting last week, taking LOTS of notes and researching constantly. Every time I come on to this site I learn and I am inspired and motivated. There is such a positive vibe here...from everyone...people helping people.A definite energy booster!! It's time for me to STEP OUT THERE...don't be afraid...learn from whatever the outcome might be...won't ever know if I don't make a move. Knowledge + ACTION=

I am inspired by your blogs. I feel so excited for the people who got thier first deal and made more! But unfortunatley, I haven't made a deal yet. But, I am still doing whatever it takes. Everything is delayed due to bad credit, no Ira, no stocks, no bonds, no 401k, no savings, I just make pay check to pay check. I am ready and confident, but for someone like me, its harder to get a deal than someone that does have all or at least one of what I mentioned above. I will do 25 to one, but, not enough for escrow yet, slow, and in Austin, houses selling fast. Is this the shift? How can I keep up with this when this is slow for me? I feel theres a lot passing me by. DO all the steps in success accademy still work for this new shift for people who in my situation?I don't want to belive that this doesnt work for me. Fyi, I saved about two months and went to a simiar, I tried the steps, but I came to obsticles, I called my coaches and they had no clue what I was talking about. I called the customer support number, they couldnt help. Steve did a great 3 day siminar, but I wish we were alowed to call him for questions that needed answering. Fyi.

I'm one of them that will take 2 years to do a deal...BUT I WILL.....Because of Dean and the DG family I've learned so much and when I started it was months before I would post anything and look at me now...I Wish I had stumbled accross Dean years ago..I became a memeber with the DG family and then the Elite Insider man oh man I'm having a blast I'm learning so much more and I love the Daily Wisdom and the Events we have Daily... Great Stuff... I know it was God that put Dean on my path and I thank him for that...I've spent 1,000 of dollars on real estate courses and what not.. Did not learn one thing... Your teachings worth every penny..... Thank You Dean and the DG family for being here for us... I'm telling you people it's worth the $1.00 to take a peak....

So I've been on the IE site for a few weeks now and the only thing I am concerned about is my unemployment running out and losing it.

But, it seems like I'm missing out on a huge chunk of community that I didn't realize was there. So I'm going to start trying to spend more time on DG.com in the forums and trying to expand my connections and get to know people, learn what I can and teach what I can.

A few words directly you Dean,

I've chatted with you a few times on IE... and you're the same guy there that you are here. Crazy, smart, hyper, and down-to-earth.

You often talk about people finding their purpose... finding the true, underlying motivation that drives their success. After being on IE for a week I was giving this some thought when I realized that I had found mine. My life has always been about helping people with problems. From the time I was a kid and my parents ran the food shelf and had a home for unwed mothers in our home right up into adulthood, whether it was advising a friend with a problem or helping people use technology to make their lives smoother.

And it fits perfectly with today's WW... see, my mission is still to help people. Nothing's changed! I am free to do what I've always done, to do what I love most and what I'm best at. Use my knowledge and experience to help people solve the problems they can't solve themselves.

First, to help people with RE problems, be it foreclosure, probate, or even rehabbers that are out of properties to rehab, and most of all lease options for good people who just can't get a loan right now. But above and beyond that, watching you, Matt, Carol, Gena, the Jureks and Andrea being out there, talking, teaching and helping turn lives around... that's what I want. That's my motivation.

When I watched that informercial with you talking about how crazy you were to be doing a commercial from your car, I liked you right away. You struck a chord with me... I identified with you. And so I trusted you enough to believe that your book may actually be the ticket. Then we enrolled in PMI when we were offered the chance. I went to a 3-day event and now I'm in DGIE and teetering on the edge of that first deal. I can feel the pressure building behind the action I'm taking and am bracing myself for the explosion that must surely come. But the success, the money, the freedom... all just a means to an end.

The goal, for me, the thing that drives me thru every day, is being able to show people that if I can do it, on unemployment, on the verge of foreclosure and bankruptcy, worrying about having enough gas money to go put signs out... if I can do it, so can they, and I can teach them how.

This is something I can do for the rest of my life, I know that now. And I have you and your crazy commercial done from your car to thank for it.

I have a property under contract right now that I KNOW is a good deal... I will find a buyer. I will close this. I will help the people who are selling it get to the next stage of their lives.

My first deal by Thanksgiving.

That's the goal, and I know it can be done... because DAMMIT IT IS MY TURN. MY TIME IS NOW AND I WILL ACCEPT NO LESS.

Just love your weekly wisdom! We look forward to them every week! I used to say when will it be our turn? We just had an offer accepted yesterday! Yeah!!!! It's a probate house on the market for $149,000 and we first offered a ridiculous amount of $50,000 (can't even buy land in our area for that amount). Anyway, we finally agreed on $100,000 when their probate attorney said that for that price, why not just give it a family member. Originally, he didn't like the agreed price, why was our LLC from Nevada (we live in CT), the assignment clause in the contract, the contract itself, he wanted 10% down upon acceptance,& the list went on. I went to visit this attorney and by the time our meeting was over, I had him accept our LLC, our agreed price, forget the 10% down and accept our assignment clause. I also told him that as a property investor, I could use him for closings & how much would he charge? So, the deal is on & left a message with an investor who has been actively buying up real estate in the area. WOW! What a rush! We can't believe that just 6 months ago we were in Dean Graziosi seminar wanting our money back & thank God your academy hooked us up with the Edge 2011 and later our coach Eric. Just 6 short months to our first deal and in CT, of all places! Thank you so much Dean, for opening a door to our new future! You are a very special person & we just want you to know how grateful we are. You Rock!

Dreams, and he just want's me to get a job, which I am looking and got some leads. I am in a program to help me with job search. Today he tells me to go live with my daughter in law. He want help. Now, My husband has a VA that we haven't used yet, but he isn't willing to let me utilize it. We will be waiting for a while cause his original papers got burned in a fire many years back. He is under the old Ji bill. His papers had said that we could get a home under $300,000. Well I am just tired of him and think, for get it, he has blocked me so many times before. I don't think that being with him is going to help me improve my life, I hate to say that, but being with the light, I don't like living in the dark.
