Hey Dean,
Wow, you just said what I have always been thinking. Life is to short to be consumed with our bills, needs and future of our families. It takes away the importance of our life and the ability to understand and enjoy it. I am a member of the DG family but I am sad to say I have yet to put anything into action. Being a truck driver does not give me much free time but that is just an excuse. I know this (real estate investing), works and I believe in it 100 % and I know once I get started there will be no stopping me, I just don't know whats keeping me from taking that first step.
Thanks for showing me and the world that good people do still exist.

Once again Dean you are so right. I am so tired of not having the money I need to help others. I am ready for a new chapter in my life for 2013.
I will call your office and see if I can get in the program you have going with a mentor. I am on th IE site, but I feel as if I need more. I need someone to tell me step by step that I am doing what I need to be doing right. I do have the bandits signs, I do have a realtor, and I have been driveing for dollars. Reading your books and trying to understand your RBBP. I have all this at my finger tips and still no confidence in what I need to do.So tomorrow is the day April 1, 2013 is my day to get started and this time make it work.
