We are wholesalers/property locators in Catawba County, North Carolina - a wonderful area for investment properties in all price ranges (fixer uppers, vacant homes, pretty homes, you name it). We work as the eyes and ears for serious investors, who are looking for great deals in this area.

The climate is moderate, the countryside is beautiful and Lake Hickory is a boater's delight. It's a great area for retirement and a VERY hot market for rentals.
