Has anyone ever done double closing? If so, what do I do? what forms does the seller sign? What forms does the buyer sign? Is this better than assignments?

I would suggest doing a search on the subject. There have been very recent, very good discussions on this. If you still have questions, put another post here and we'll fill you in. I know there are at least a couple people on here that have done double closings. It's fairly simple. You're just buying and selling the same property in the same day. Just a few additional costs compared to assignments, but may be MUCH easier to do.

Welcome to the forum, there is a post on this subject. I don't think it's under double closing though. I think it's under assigning a contract. Look through that one or similar ones to that subject. It was posted because assingments were getting harder to do, so double closings was the was around that.

Call some title companies, and ask if they do double closures. When you find one, start asking questions. Title Agencys are hungry and looking for work, I am sure they would be happy to answer some questions, if they thought they might get some buisness.
