I'm glad that your taking action. I am getting and making alot of calls and making appointments to see properties and possilbly make offers. I'm new like you. If we follow what's being presented on these forums and in the book, I bet you you or I will have a property under contract by the weekend!

You can always tell the investors who will be successful. It's the person who goes out and does something. The more properties you look at the better off you are. You will become very good at assessing the properties and comparing what you see. Once you get to that point, make yourself a weekly goal -- to look at X amount of properties a week and to make X amount of offers a week.

I didn't hit Dean's goal of 25, but I am right with you on 4 walk thru's this past Friday and today. My area is just loaded with Pre-foreclosures. Good luck to you my friend...good hunting......Jan
