Rent Increase

I need to know what percentage can you increase on a rental. It is a single family home in the poconos.
I've call different offices, and no one seems to know.

I wrote about this before but I don't know where it went. Could some one please help me.

Recently read an article about the PA department of Revenue. Be careful of how you structure your finders fee. An assignment of contract may render you responsible for a 2% transfer tax on the assignment...while the seller and buyer are also responsible...effectively doubling the tax rate

Here is my situation.I have bad credit mid to low 500's.I was interested in finding investors in pa that offer finders fees.I'm new at this only had dean's book about three days now.If anyone can help please feel free to get a hold of me.

I am forming a new real estate investment company. Have been in and around investing and real estate finance for about a decade. I have tried the no money down methods and succeeded, but the time invested versus the return has been not so great. I made a bucket in financing deals but my heart is truly in investing.
